Cassidy’s path into insurance started with a desire to create a better future for her family. After becoming a mom of two, she made a career change and discovered a profession that allowed her to help others while building a rewarding career of her own.

Today, as a Personal Insurance Broker at Erion, Cassidy brings a caring, people-first approach to every client interaction. Whether she’s finding the right coverage, cheering on her son from the baseball diamond, or enjoying a quiet moment with a matcha in hand, she values the relationships and moments that matter most! As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? Veterinarian

How did you land in insurance? After having 2 children, I decided to make a career change that would be better for our family and really fell into it.

How do you take your coffee? Warm with a heaping amount of Matcha

What is your favourite pastime? Relaxing with a good coffee, enjoying a quiet moment, and spending time laughing with my kids.

Do you have any hobbies or hidden talents? Reading - I love to dive into a good book. Hidden talent, I do a great job as a mom of being a chaos coordinator.

How would you describe your job to a 2nd grader? A personal insurance broker is like a super smart helper who protects your stuff. They look at lots of choices and say let’s pick the best one, so your toys, house, or car are safe if something goes wrong!

What is your favourite hangout spot in Niagara? Baseball Diamond, watching my son do what he loves.
