How do you take your coffee? Black, preferably pour over.

Favourite pastime: Reading and spending time with my loved ones.

Why insurance? Insurance is a customer service based culture dedicated to educating and helping the insured.

Hobbies: Art, volleyball and hiking any chance I get!

Favourite hangout spot in Niagara? Rockway Conservation Area for hiking and The Exchange - Cultural Hub & Market in Niagara Falls.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be an archaeologist (I love mummies).

Favourite, fun insurance fact? Insurance does not have to be confusing and scary! Call your Broker with questions to help you understand your insurance or what you may need on your policies to feel secure.

What is your most treasured possession? My family, friends and cat Leaves!

Have you any hidden talents? I can make balloon animals, as long as you want a dog or a snake…

How would you describe your job to a 2nd grader? I help clients over the phone get in touch with the right person to answer their questions. I also do a lot of different computer tasks to help around the office.

If you could teach Schooner a trick, what would it be? I would teach Schooner how to drive. He would have an adorable license photo!
