Employee Feature - Kristen Kelly

At Erion Insurance, we’re lucky to work with some truly wonderful people, and Kristen Kelly is one of them. As a Senior Registered Insurance Broker, Kristen brings heart, and a steady sense of calm to every client she helps. From her start as a receptionist (thanks to a nudge from her aunt!) to becoming a trusted expert in the Niagara community, she’s built her career on compassion and putting people first.

When she’s not guiding clients through life’s “don’t freak out” moments, you’ll likely find Kristen enjoying family camping trips or relaxing in her favourite backyard gazebo. Her dedication to personalized service shines through in everything she does, and we’re excited for you to get to know her better!

How did you land in insurance? My Aunt referred me to be a receptionist.

How do you take your coffee? Double-Double

What is your favourite pastime? Spending time with the family camping.

Do you have any hobbies or hidden talents? Other than managing my small "zoo" daily, no.

How would you describe your job to a 2nd grader? An insurance broker is the person who helps the grown ups not freak out when something bad happens.

What is your favourite hangout spot in Niagara? My gazebo!
