Employee Feature - Rebecca Morse

Rebecca’s journey into insurance is a great reminder that sometimes the best paths are the ones you didn’t expect. With her strong family values and passion for helping others, she fits right in here at Erion - and we’re so lucky to have her on the team.

Role: Registered Insurance Broker

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? A teacher or a social worker.

How did you land in insurance? My father in law and John encouraged me to come check out the insurance world after we had our second born and I wasn't sure of my next career move; here we are!

How do you take your coffee? Iced - always.

What is your favourite pastime? Spending time with John and our kids.

Do you have any hobbies or hidden talents? I love to bake and I'm quite good at it!

How would you describe your job to a 2nd grader? My job is to help adults take care of and protect important things they own, like their homes and cars. If anything were to happen to those things, I make sure they get fixed or they get new ones.

What is your favourite hangout spot in Niagara? Dufferin Islands, especially in the spring and summer.
